COACHING
Language and LeadershipShowing up as your best most effective self requires the language of a leader. You don’t need a staff of direct reports, a plush corner office, or a bottomless expense account to be a leader. You do, however, need to learn and leverage your own language of leadership. Communication and leadership coaching will help you find your words, identify your goals, and build a bridge between the two.
Getting Started
New clients benefit from a complimentary 30 minute introductory call for us to get acquainted and determine whether our collaboration will be beneficial to your life and work. When you decide language and leadership coaching is for you, select one of the options below.
THREE MONTH ENGAGEMENT
Includes:
- Before our first call, you’ll complete a self-assessment. We’ll use our first session together to review that assessment and determine a course of action for the remaining five sessions.
- Each call, scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time, will focus on a particular issue or area and run for approximately 50 minutes.
- An engagement of this length will allow us to address two or three issues or challenges.
- At the end of each call, I will write up a synopsis, complete with recommendations and any assignments you may have from our conversation and send it to you via email.
- I will be available via email to provide written support and feedback as needed for the duration of our engagement.
- At the close of our engagement, I will provide a written synopsis of our progress along with recommendations.
- Having completed a coaching engagement, you will be able to book single coaching calls at a rate of $175 each as needed.
SIX MONTH ENGAGEMENT
Includes:
- Before our first call, you’ll complete a self-assessment and we’ll use our first session to review that assessment. We will also determine whether it’s useful and appropriate to seek additional assessments from those in your sphere of influence. We’ll also outline the primary areas or issues you’d like to address in our time together.
- Each subsequent call will focus on a particular issue or area and run for approximately 50 minutes.
- An engagement of this length will allow us to address several issues or challenges broadly or go deep to fully resolve a handful of issues or challenges.
- At the end of each call, scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time, I will write up a synopsis, complete with recommendations and any assignments you may have from our conversation and send it to you via email.
- I will be available via email to provide written support and feedback as needed for the duration of our engagement.
- After six sessions, we will look at our progress and determine the best use of our time together for the remainder of our engagement.
- At the close of our contract, I will provide a written synopsis of our progress along with recommendations.
- Having completed a coaching engagement, you will be able to book single coaching calls at a rate of $175 each as needed.
SINGLE SESSIONS
Includes:
- Our return clients are invited to take advantage of a single session to work through a tricky situation, tough conversation or new opportunity. The one-time charge is $175 for 50 minutes and may include email follow up, exercise and resource recommendations.
